Hotel info – good to know!

Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your day of departure.

Please note that we charge a supplement of €5.00 on the daily rate for stays of one night only.

You can hire bathrobes from us for a one-off fee of €5.00.

On the ground floor of our hotel, you’ll find a well-stocked bar and a cosy lounge. This is where guests and locals meet for a glass of fine wine in good company, a snack board with South Tyrolean speck and cheese, a fresh, thirst-quenching fruit juice, a game of cards, or a bit of a chat and fun with friends. On cold winter evenings, the flickering fireplace makes it extra cosy!

What could be better than leaving your car where it is for a week? Here at our hotel in Untermoj, that’s absolutely possible! You can not only set off on your hikes from the hotel doorstep but can also get (almost) anywhere by bus. In winter, the ski bus (which stops right outside the hotel) takes you to the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz ski area and Alta Badia.

If you stay alone in a double room, we charge a supplement of €25.00 per day.

Small dogs and cats are welcome in our classic rooms and in the apartments. However, they have no access to the dining room, suites, panoramic rooms, or the sauna. We charge €14.00 per pet per day (without food).

There is a small shop in our hotel that offers everything you might want on your holiday: food, souvenirs, sports accessories, newspapers, and much more. So, for the most important things, you don’t have to set foot outside the hotel – doesn’t that sound good?

You can park outside our hotel free of charge.

The indicated rates are per person and day with half board. The tourist tax of € 3,10 per person and day (from 14 years old) must additionally be paid on site.

• Children from 0 to 1 year old in their parents’ room: €20.00 per day
• Children from 2 to 5 years old in their parents’ room: 50% discount on the normal rate
• Children from 6 to 11 years old in their parents’ room: 30% discount on the normal rate

People from the age of 12 on an extra bed receive a discount of 10% on the normal rate.

Life doesn’t always go according to plan. With our travel cancellation insurance by Europäische Reiseversicherung, you’re on the safe side when booking your stay. In case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, the travel cancellation insurance will cover the cancellation costs you would have otherwise incurred. Reservations are only considered confirmed after receipt of the deposit payment of at least ¼ of the holiday rate.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but will be deducted from your next stay within a year.
• For cancellations no later than 8 days before arrival, we retain the deposit (¼ of the total rate).
• For cancellations less than 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total rate.

To be on the safe side, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that no cancellation fees are incurred.

You can pay for your stay in cash, by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, EC card). Please note that there is a limit of €2,000.00 for cash payments in 2022.

Of course, you have the option of booking bed and breakfast instead of our half board. We deduct €10.00 from the half-board rate for this.
